Cilgy Abraham

Cilgy Abraham, BSN, RN, a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Future of Nursing Scholar, is interested in health policy, health economics, and cost-effectiveness research as it relates to chronic disease management and access to primary care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University and completed a two-year, selective, interdisciplinary certification program in Women’s leadership from the Institute for Women’s Leadership at Rutgers University.

Prior to attending Columbia University, Abraham worked as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital of New Jersey.

Abraham lives in Carteret, New Jersey.
